Birthday Party Recipes
Veggie Balls
Mix nutritious vegetables into tasty balls and win the hearts of
your young guests.
What you will need:
Finely chopped/grated mixed vegetables - carrot, cabbage, peppers
etc.
2 tbsp cornflour - to bind
Oil to fry
Seasoning
Directions:
 1. Mix all ingredients for
the balls.
2. Add cornflour and a little water (chopped veggies will leave
behind their own water so account for that) and mix to a smooth
but not runny paste.
3. Form small balls and deep fry in medium hot oil till well done.
4. Insert toothpicks in each ball for easy eating and serve with
ketchup.
