Stuffed Bread Rolls
Stuff nutritious vegetables inside fresh bread to make stuffed
bread rolls, a tasty snack that will please all young guests.

What you will need:
8 slices of fresh general use bread (white or brown)
2 tbsp. soft butter (pasteurized, salted)
2 tbsp. flour paste (mix flour with a little water to make paste
for sealing)
For Stuffing
2 tbsp. finely chopped onion
2 tbsp. finely chopped capsicum
2 tbsp. finely chopped processed cheese
1 tbsp. finely chopped tomato (seeds removed)
1 tbsp. grated carrot
3 tbsp. grated cheddar (or processed) cheese
salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients for stuffing.
2.
Roll the bread slices with a rolling pin, pressing lightly. You
need to make the bread slice as thin as possible taking care not
to tear it. Use ONLY fresh bread for this.
3. Fill Stuffing, roll the bread slice from one side and then
close the other sealing it with flour paste. See image.
4. Turn the bread roll over. Apply soft butter and bake for 6-8
minutes.
Makes: 8
You can use any stuffing you like to stuff within the bread.
