Pinwheel Sandwiches
Finally, one recipe that can be made completely the day before and
served without re-warming.

What you will need:
Fresh White bread
Jam, Butter or Peanut Butter, Any Chutney or spread of your choice
(optional)
Directions:
1. Remove the crusts from bread slices and roll the bread with a
rolling pin to thin out the slices slightly. This makes them easy
to roll.
2. Join 2-3 slices of bread by dabbing water and pressing their
edges together. If you can get bread that is sliced length-wise,
you won't need to do this.
3. Spread butter or Peanut Butter on the long slice of bread that
you now have.
4. Spread Jam over the butter. The beauty of these sandwiches is
in using red jam or jelly to show the swirls.
5. Use any other favorite chutney or spread if you wish.
6. Now start rolling the bread tightly and hold edges with
toothpicks.
7. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before slicing the roll into
little roundels of pinwheel sandwiches.
