Ice Cream Snowman Sundae
What can be a better way to serve ice cream at a summer Ice Cream
party than to present it in the form of the beloved Snowman. This
adorable fellow is out in the sun trying to shade himself with an
umbrella, but the heat will soon melt him if the kids don't gobble
him fast enough!
What you will need
for each Snowman:
2 Scoops Ice Cream - any flavor but white-based
2 Cream Wafers
1 Sweetened Cracker
M&M's
Chocolate Chips
Whipped Cream
1 Cherry
1 Cocktail Parasol
Chocolate Syrup
Directions:
1. Assemble the snowman as shown. On a disposable plate, arrange
two cream wafers and pour some chocolate syrup over it.
2. Place two scoops of ice-cream, one on top of the other, on the
wafers.
3. Poke in M&Ms for hands and coat buttons and chocolate chips for
eyes and ears.
4. Prepare his hat separately by piping out some whipped cream on
a cracker or a square cookie and topping it with a cherry.
Place the hat on the snowman.
5. Poke in the umbrella and serve to each child right away.
Note: You will need helpers to make these quickly for all the
children at the party.
