DIY Flower Party Invitations

Set the mood for a flower or garden themed party for a girl with these creative invitations.

What you will need:

1. Pink cardstock

2. Sticks from a craft store

3. Pink Marker or Felt tipped pen

4. Silver glitter glue

5. Silver sequins

6. Pink and silver ribbon

7. Hole punch

1. Draw flower shapes out of the pink paper and decorate them. Mark the outlines of the petals using pink pens. Rub glitter inside the outlines and decorate with sequins and flat backed stones.

2. Cut a rectangular piece from the cardstock and fold it to make the notecard. Glue your printed invitation wording inside this notecard.

3. Now glue the flower to the stick. You may wrap the stick with a ribbon if you wish.

4. Punch a hole in the notecard. Pass the pink and silver ribbons through it and tie them to the stick where the leaf should be. Add a dot of glue behind to hold the notecard in place.
