Our DIY fairy card was for a 3 year old and hence the wording:

The garden is full of fairies,
The flowers all dancing with glee,
All dreams and wishes will come true,
As little (name) turns 3!

The same wording can be modified for a 4th birthday as:

And they will chant to you folk lore,

As fairy (name) turns 4!
